6. Technical Issues and Troubleshooting

6.1. Delivery Issues

If a buyer experiences issues with receiving or accessing a digital product, they should:

  1. Check their email spam/junk folders if delivery was via email
  2. Verify they are using the correct credentials or download link
  3. Contact the seller through the Escrowfy messaging system
  4. Allow the seller reasonable time (24 hours) to respond and resolve the issue
  5. If the issue remains unresolved, open a dispute through the Escrowfy platform

6.2. Product Functionality Issues

If a buyer experiences technical issues with a properly delivered digital product:

  1. Verify their system meets all the specified requirements
  2. Follow all installation and usage instructions provided by the seller
  3. Contact the seller for troubleshooting assistance
  4. Document the issues with screenshots or error messages
  5. Work with the seller to resolve the issues within the inspection period

7. Failed Deliveries

A delivery is considered failed when:

  • The seller fails to deliver the digital product within the specified timeframe
  • The delivered digital product is substantially different from what was described
  • The digital product is corrupted, contains malware, or is otherwise unusable
  • Access credentials or download links do not work after reasonable troubleshooting

In case of a failed delivery, buyers should:

  1. Notify the seller immediately through the Escrowfy messaging system
  2. If the seller does not resolve the issue within 48 hours, open a dispute through the Escrowfy platform
  3. Provide all relevant evidence to support their claim

8. Redelivery and Returns

8.1. Redelivery

If a digital product fails to deliver correctly for technical reasons, the seller should attempt redelivery at no additional cost to the buyer. Redelivery should be attempted within 24 hours of being notified of the issue.

8.2. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, traditional "returns" are not possible. However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Failed delivery that cannot be resolved through redelivery
  • The product is substantially different from what was described
  • The product does not function as advertised despite meeting all system requirements
  • The product is incompatible with the buyer's system despite the buyer's system meeting all stated requirements

9. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

When a digital product is delivered:

  • The buyer receives a license to use the digital product according to the terms specified in the product listing
  • The seller retains intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • The buyer may not redistribute, resell, or share the digital product unless specifically permitted by the license terms
  • The buyer may not reverse engineer or modify the digital product unless specifically permitted by the license terms

Sellers must clearly specify the usage rights granted to buyers in their product listings.

10. Record Keeping

Escrowfy maintains records of all transactions, including delivery confirmations and communications between buyers and sellers. These records may be used to resolve disputes related to digital product deliveries.

Buyers and sellers are also encouraged to maintain their own records of transactions, including:

  • Transaction IDs and details
  • Delivery confirmation messages
  • Communication regarding the transaction
  • Download receipts or confirmation emails

11. Changes to This Policy

Escrowfy reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
